Garden a la Carte grew out of Creek View Acres Nursery & Orchard's retail nursery and the desire to continue meeting the demand for direct-to-gardener fruit trees, shrubs, and vines. Having drawn customers from hours away in previous seasons, we refocused to prioritize offering the best selection of plants that feed people in southwestern Ontario. After all, plants feed people and there's nothing more local than growing your own fruits and vegetables.
True to our roots, we only stock what we plant ourselves and many of the varieties available online are also in our orchard. We pride ourselves on offering professional-grade plants that feed people with an emphasis on quality and health, rather than pretty packaging and catchy names. We grow many varieties at the farm and those that we don't are sourced from local, family-owned nurseries.
